Simple Training for Extraordinary Results Jul 05, I obviously can’t comment on the efficacy of the system itself, as I’m reading this well before starting it, but I particularly liked a lot of Wendler’s philosophical approach to lifting: If u take dat dere you can certainly train more and eat like that and actually end up utilizing that extra protein.
